What premium actually buys you

Every IPTV service calls itself premium. Very few will tell you what the word is supposed to mean. Here is our definition, and how to hold any provider — including us — to it.

Six things that separate premium from cheap

Not adjectives. Specific, checkable commitments you can test during a trial.

  1. 01

    Peak-hour capacity

Anything works on a quiet Tuesday. Premium means the service holds at nine on a Saturday evening, when everyone in your timezone wants the same fixture.

  2. 02

    A complete EPG

Seven days of programme data across thousands of channels is genuinely expensive to maintain. A provider offering only "now and next" has cut a corner you feel daily.

  3. 03

    Sub-two-second zapping

Channel changes should feel instant. Slow switching almost always means heavy buffering used to disguise an unstable source.

  4. 04

    Someone who answers

Premium is a person replying in minutes at three in the morning, not a form that swallows your message. Test this before you pay, not after.

  5. 05

    Honest catalogue numbers

We say 22,000 channels because that is roughly what there is. Providers claiming 60,000 are counting duplicates, dead links and regional copies of the same feed.

  6. 06

    Your own language

Support and the whole site in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German and Arabic — because being told "contact us in English" is not a premium experience.

How to judge a premium IPTV provider

The word premium is free to use, so it tells you nothing on its own. What tells you something is whether a provider will commit to specifics — and whether those specifics survive contact with a busy Saturday night.

Below is the checklist we hold ourselves to. Use it on us, and use it on whoever you are comparing us against.

1

Peak hours

Test between 8pm and 11pm on the fixture you actually care about.

2

The full guide

Open the EPG and scroll forward. Seven days, or a corner was cut.

3

A hard question

Ask support something technical before buying. The reply tells you everything.

4

The refund terms

Read them before paying. Vague terms are a warning sign in any industry.

From payment to picture in three steps

1

Choose a term

1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and how many screens watch at once. One payment; nothing renews by itself.

2

Receive your line

Username, password and server URL by email, usually within ten minutes, with a setup guide for your device.

3

Sign in anywhere

Enter the details once in any M3U or Xtream Codes player. Channels, guide and film library load automatically.

Live sport

Live sport, carried properly

Sport is where a premium service earns its name. Major fixtures run on redundant sources so a feed under strain rolls over mid-match rather than freezing at the worst possible moment.

  • Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1
  • Champions League and Europa League
  • NFL and RedZone, NBA, MLB, NHL
  • Formula 1, MotoGP, UFC, boxing and PPV
  • Cricket, rugby, tennis, golf

The channel-count arms race, and why we opted out

Somewhere along the way IPTV marketing turned into a numbers contest. One provider claims 20,000 channels, so the next claims 40,000, and soon someone is advertising 90,000.

Those numbers are almost entirely fictional. They are produced by counting every regional variant of the same feed, every dead link nobody has pruned, every duplicate in a different bitrate, and every test stream. A list of 60,000 entries where 40,000 fail is worse than a curated 20,000 that work.

We publish roughly 22,000 because that is roughly what exists once you remove the padding. It is a less impressive figure and a more useful one. What matters is whether the channels you personally watch are present and stable, which is a question a trial answers in ten minutes.

What you are actually paying for

The content itself is not the expensive part. Servers with real headroom at peak time are expensive. Maintaining a seven-day EPG across thousands of channels is expensive. Staffing support around the clock, in six languages, is expensive.

This is why very cheap services behave the way they do. A provider charging a couple of dollars a month is not running spare capacity for Saturday night, and it shows precisely when you most want it not to.

It is also why we do not run a premium tier. Holding sport back so we can sell an upgrade would be exactly the behaviour this page is criticising. Every plan carries the full catalogue; the price reflects term length and screen count, and nothing else.

Premium IPTV around the world

This site is published in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German and Arabic, and support answers in all six. That is not a translation plugin — each version is written rather than machine-converted.

It matters because IPTV is a global product sold, overwhelmingly, in English. If you are searching in French from Paris or Casablanca, in Portuguese from São Paulo or Lisbon, or in Arabic from the Gulf, you deserve more than a machine-translated checkout page.

The catalogue reflects that too. European, Latin American, North African, Middle Eastern and Asian line-ups are carried in full rather than sampled, because a service that only takes UK and US seriously is not actually worldwide.

What a premium subscription includes

22,000+ live channels across more than 60 countries and a 120,000-title film and series library, in the same app, updated continuously. 4K where the broadcaster provides it, Full HD almost everywhere else.

Seven-day catch-up and a complete electronic programme guide. Up to five simultaneous screens on one account. Instant activation, usually inside ten minutes.

Support on WhatsApp, live chat and email, 24 hours a day, in your language. No contract, no stored card and no automatic renewal — you pay once for the term you chose and decide again at the end.

Answers

Questions

What makes an IPTV service actually premium?

Capacity at peak hours, a complete seven-day EPG, fast channel switching, honest catalogue figures and support that answers quickly. All five are testable during a trial, which is why we would rather you tested than took our word for it.

Why do you claim fewer channels than other providers?

Because we count differently. Lists of 60,000+ are padded with duplicates, regional copies of the same feed and dead links. Our roughly 22,000 are channels that exist and work. Ask us to check specific channels before you buy.

Which languages do you support?

The site and our support run in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German and Arabic. Every page has a full translation, not a machine-generated one.

How fast is activation?

Usually under ten minutes. You receive your username, password and server URL by email along with a setup guide for the device you chose at checkout.

Which devices work?

Anything that plays an M3U or Xtream Codes playlist: Firestick, Android TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, macOS, MAG, Formuler, Apple TV and Enigma2.

How many screens can I use at once?

From one to five simultaneous streams, depending on the plan. Each runs independently, so different people can watch different channels at the same time.

Is there a contract?

No contract and no automatic renewal. You pay once for the term you chose; when it ends the line stops until you decide to extend it.

What internet speed do I need?

Around 15 Mbps per HD stream, 25 Mbps for Full HD and 35 Mbps for 4K. Stability matters more than peak speed — a steady connection beats a fast but erratic one.
